VIP tiers are reviewed every month. Your tier for the following month is determined by the points you earned in the previous month.

Enter your stake in the bet slip. Your potential winnings will be calculated automatically.

Minimum bet is ৳50. Odds change every second during live matches, so make your decisions quickly.

Personal details can be updated on Gamix, however, changing your name after KYC verification has been completed will require assistance from the support team.

To update your general account information:

To change your mobile number:

A wagering requirement (or rollover) is the amount you must bet before withdrawing bonus funds. It exists to prevent fraud and to ensure players have a genuine gaming experience.

Here's how it works:

You deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a 150% bonus. Your total balance becomes ৳2,500.

Bonus ৳1,500 × 10 (wager) = ৳15,000 must be wagered. Once the requirement is met, all funds can be freely withdrawn.

Sports Betting counts at 100%. Slots may count at 80% and Live Casino at 50% — this varies by bonus.

You can track your wagering progress in real time under the "Bonus" section of your account. The validity period is typically 30 days.

This is called a Accumulator Bet (also known as a parlay or serial bet). You bet on the outcomes of multiple matches at once, and if all selections are correct, all the odds multiply together for a massive payout.

If even one match result is wrong, the entire accumulator bet is lost. Bet wisely and know your risks.
